Product detailed description
Destiny
Hatchey Destiny is built for riders who want to carve on edge with firm support underfoot. Traditional camber and a stiffer construction help you load the edge precisely, while the full-length wood core delivers a lively response between turns and during take-offs.
Technologies
Camber for edge control
Traditional camber raises the middle of the unloaded board off the snow. When weighted on edge, it distributes pressure along the effective edge, providing support through carved turns and grip on firmer snow.
Full-length poplar core
Woodcore uses poplar from nose to tail. The wood gives the board its flex and helps it spring back after bending, providing a lively response between turns and during take-offs.
Triax reinforcement and sidewalls
Triaxial glass reinforcement runs in three directions to resist twisting. It helps the edge stay controlled under cornering and landing loads. The Sidewall construction’s ABS sidewalls protect the core edges and transfer pressure towards the steel edges.
Straightforward maintenance and stance adjustment
The extruded base needs straightforward maintenance and small areas of damage are readily repairable. Micro Inserts with 4 × 2 cm spacing provide finer adjustment of the distance between the bindings to suit your stance.
