For more extensive repairs, we’ll quote in advance and wait for your approval, avoiding unexpected costs when you collect the bike.
What we repair and adjust
Warranty and out-of-warranty servicing for non-electric bikes and e-bikes of all brands except MTF.
✓Initial check-ups, basic and full services before or after the season
✓Component adjustment and replacement, including brakes, gears and forks; wheel truing and building
✓Accessory fitting, including mudguards, racks and lights
✓E-bike diagnostics and selected motor and battery repairs; battery refurbishment by arrangement

Service partner for selected motor brands.
Turnaround times
We often complete servicing within 1–3 working days of receiving the bike. More complex repairs or peak-season demand can take longer. Smaller repairs, such as punctures, are usually quicker. Initial check-ups are not a while-you-wait service: we allow time to inspect the bike thoroughly and do the work carefully.Our busiest periods
During peak season, appointments may be booked up several weeks ahead. Outside the busy period, we can often fit you in within a few days.

Tip: if you’ll need your bike in spring, try booking its service in February or March to avoid the longest waits.
What to bring
✓Your bike in a reasonably clean condition.
✓If an e-bike fault involves the electrical system, bring the charger and battery keys too.
✓Bring your warranty document for the initial check-up.
✓Please remove accessories such as bags, lights and racks so they don’t go missing in transit or get in the way of the work.

The price includes removing and refitting the chain. Fitting a quick link is included in the waxing service; the link itself and other materials are extra. If the chain is beyond its wear limit, we’ll recommend replacement before waxing. Rewaxing may incur a CZK 100 surcharge for excessive dirt or deep cleaning. Have several chains?
