    The CITANA R 26″ suits riders who want easy mounting and a bike for everyday errands. Compact wheels and an open frame make handling at stops easier. A carrier, lights and mudguards complement its city role; it is best suited to tarmac and maintained paths.

    Assistance for city starts
    The Ananda rear-hub motor assists as the pedals turn, providing support with light pedalling. Five assistance levels on the LCD let you match support to your route and pace. Walk assist helps when pushing the bike, including uphill.
    A battery integrated into the frame
    The fully frame-integrated lithium-ion battery provides 460 Wh (36 V, 12.8 Ah). Lower assistance suits easy journeys, with more support available for starts or hills. Actual range varies with the route, load, temperature and assistance setting.
    Easy mounting and a comfortable position
    The low frame opening makes mounting and dismounting easier at frequent stops. An upright position and swept-back handlebar suit relaxed city riding. A coil-sprung fork and 26 × 1.75″ tyres cushion smaller bumps on roads and maintained paths.
    Simple gearing and routine maintenance
    Seven Shimano Tourney gears are controlled by a single shifter, with motor assistance selected separately. Tektro C310 rim V-brakes use widely available brake blocks and a straightforward design for routine servicing. The equipment suits relaxed riding on roads and cycle paths.
    Equipped for outings and everyday journeys
    The carrier takes panniers, mudguards reduce spray from the wheels and a kickstand makes parking easier. Lights are also included, making the bike useful for commuting and outings with luggage without adding these everyday accessories separately.
