Registration is free — all you need is an email address. You can also sign up after your purchase.

First purchase
Once your first order is completed and paid, its value automatically counts towards the loyalty programme.

Shop with a discount from your second order
Your discount rate depends on the total value of your purchases. No discount codes are needed – once you sign in, all prices in our online shop already include your loyalty discount.
Discount levels
Only paid and completed orders count towards the programme. Each purchase counts towards the programme for 24 months after it is completed.
FAQ
Do I get a discount on my first order?
No. However, your first order is counted automatically, so you can already receive a loyalty discount on your second purchase.
Do I need to enter a discount code?
No. Once signed in, the discount is already reflected in the displayed prices — there is nothing to enter or apply. Your shopping cart clearly shows the standard price, your discount percentage and your final price.
I ordered without an account. Do my previous orders count?
Yes, automatically. Register with the same email address you used for your orders — once your email is verified, all your earlier orders will be linked to your account and counted.
I order in euros. How are my purchases counted?
The value of orders placed in euros is converted to Czech koruna using the Czech National Bank (ČNB) exchange rate valid when the order was placed, then added to your total purchases.
Does the discount apply to sale items?
Yes. The loyalty discount also applies to sale prices.
Does the discount apply to bikes and e-bikes?
Yes. The loyalty discount also applies to bikes and e-bikes.
How do I find out my current discount?
You can always find your current discount rate in your account.
