Choosing a payment method
Checkout will show the available methods, any fees and payment limits for your delivery country, currency, delivery service and order value. Online card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and standard bank transfers have no payment-method fee. Cash on delivery is available only for Czechia and Slovakia with supported delivery services and orders placed in CZK or EUR. Pay-later services and instalment plans are also subject to the provider’s terms and approval.

Online card payment
Payments are processed through the secure Shoptet Pay gateway, which also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Instant bank payment
After placing your order, you will be redirected to your selected bank’s online banking service to confirm the payment.
If your payment fails
You can try again. If we have not received payment within 1 hour of your order being placed, we will automatically email you a link to pay online and our bank transfer details. We send a further payment reminder on the next working day. We reserve your items for 48 hours after you place your order — if we have not received payment or agreed an alternative arrangement by then, we will cancel the order.Pay later and instalments

Pay in three Skip Pay
Split the cost into three payments: pay the first straight away, with the remaining two charged automatically to your card after 30 and 60 days. No interest or fees. You can use any payment card. Business purchases
Buying for a company or as a sole trader? We can issue an invoice with your business registration details and help with your purchase.
Business invoices
Bicycles and e-bikes used for business may qualify as business expenses. Please check the treatment of your purchase with your accountant.
Reverse charge
For businesses registered for VAT in another EU country, we can issue a reverse charge invoice after verifying the VAT number.
Individual arrangements
We can discuss business purchases, invoice details and any special requirements with you directly.
Pay on receipt
Cash on delivery
If cash on delivery is available for your order, checkout will show the option, fee and payment limit. Whether you can pay in cash or by card depends on the carrier; parcel lockers may require advance payment through the carrier’s app.
Collection in store
Pay when you collect your order — by cash, card or bank transfer.
Selected products delivered by our technician within Czechia may offer payment on receipt using exact cash or a QR code. Assisted payment is intended for special requirements; please contact us in advance, especially for benefit payments or international orders.

Assisted payment
Choose this option for payments that cannot be completed using the standard methods, such as Pluxee benefits or a combination of payment methods. Explain your requirements in the order notes. We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment.
Edenred, UP and Pluxee benefits
We accept Edenred, UP and Pluxee benefits (formerly Sodexo). For Edenred and UP, follow the standard card payment process. For Pluxee, select Assisted payment at checkout; we will arrange the next steps with you after receiving your order. Additional terms apply to benefit payments. Please ask us for the current terms.
