Helicon Lite
Adjustable length and an extended grip for ascents and traverses.
Leki Helicon Lite have an extended grip for changing hand position during ascents and traverses. Their telescopic construction adapts the length to the terrain, while Binding Basket 2.0 helps with handling bindings and climbing skins.
Technologies
Extended grip
The foam extension below the grip lets you hold the pole lower when climbing or traversing. An Evocon grip and adjustable nylon strap complete the two-section aluminium construction.
Speed Lock plus
Open the external lever, slide the sections to the required length and close it to clamp them. This allows quick adjustment for your height or the terrain without twisting an internal locking mechanism.
Binding Basket 2.0
The basket helps prevent sinking into snow. Its shorter edge assists with adjusting binding climbing aids, while the longer edge can be used to clear snow from climbing skins.

Starting estimate: height in cm × 0.70. For example, 170 cm × 0.70 = 119 cm, or approximately 120 cm. Try the length while wearing ski boots: your elbow should be bent at roughly a right angle when holding the pole correctly. For this version, adjust only within 110–145 cm and never exceed the maximum extension marks.
