Microshift shifting
Rascal Wild 27 is a larger junior bike for riders who also head onto the trails. Its air fork, 11 gears and hydraulic brakes support longer, more varied rides.
A frame for young riders
The brushed AL6061 aluminium frame has a translucent tinted finish for a refined look. Sporty geometry encourages an active position and precise handling on trails and slopes. An FSA 1.5"–1 1/8" tapered headset anchors the front end.
A fork for the trail
The RST F1RST air fork can be tuned to rider weight and absorbs impacts from rocks, roots and rough forest paths. Lockout reduces movement on smooth tarmac. Its 100 mm travel is generous for off-road riding in this age group.
Brakes for assured control
The Promax hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors provide predictable braking in dry and wet conditions, even on steep descents.
Gears for climbs and flat ground
The Microshift XCD Xpress shifter is easy to use even on demanding rides. The Microshift G-Series 11–42-tooth cassette offers gearing for flats and climbs, allowing riders to choose the right gear for the terrain.
Tyres for forest paths
The wide Kenda Booster 27.5×2.20" tyres absorb smaller bumps and add stability on unpaved ground. The 27.5" wheels have a 100 mm front axle, 135 mm rear axle and TR 684-28 rims.
