Product detailed description
The TOMCAT 1.9 is a junior bike for riders approximately 130–160 cm tall, depending on frame size. A rigid aluminium fork helps keep weight to 11.0 kg. That makes the bike easier to handle when setting off, cornering and riding further. It suits cycle paths, gravel and firm forest tracks.
Gears for longer routes
The 1 × 9 drivetrain with a Shimano RD-T4000 rear derailleur offers easier gears for climbs and room to keep up speed on the flat. One front chainring keeps shifting straightforward.
Controlled braking
Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors let a rider modulate speed on longer descents without excessive hand effort.
Sized for a younger rider
The 165 mm cranks and 680 mm handlebar suit a smaller rider. 1.95″ tyres with Kevlar beads complete a light bike for varied routes.
