The 3Feet Eco Winter Low insoles suit skiers with low arches who want better foot support and insulation inside their boots. The pre-shaped construction supports areas of the foot that a flat insole leaves unsupported. They work in ski boots and other winter footwear, including boots for ski touring, cross-country skiing and ice skating.
Shaped for low arches
Low identifies the version designed for low arches. The anatomical EVA shell helps stabilise the foot and distribute pressure under load, providing support suited to your foot shape. Arch height matters alongside shoe size; medium and high arches are served by other versions in the 3Feet range.
Insulation and cushioning for winter boots
The polyester cover and Evamic Insulated foam help limit cold coming through the base of the boot. An EVA heel pad adds cushioning, with a lower profile to help the insole fit inside a ski boot. Dual-density EVA Rubber provides additional cushioning under load.
ECO with defined recycled content
The polyester top cover is made from 100% recycled material. The EVA shell and heel pad contain 20% recycled material, and the Evamic insulating foam is also partially recycled. The design combines support and insulation with the use of recycled raw materials.

Choose your insole size using your shoe size. Before fitting, trim the outline to match the original insole from your boot.

Fitting and care
- Remove the original insoles from your boots. Use them as a template to trim the forefoot of your new Sidas insoles.
- Fit the new pair in place of the original insoles.
- Clean with mild soap and a brush; do not machine-wash. Allow to dry away from radiators.
