Racing Ralph suits mountain bikers looking for effective drive when pedalling and smooth rolling on firm ground. Paired with a Racing Ray up front, it makes an XC-focused combination. The right version depends on the compound and fitting method you need.
Traction when accelerating
Grip edges in the centre of the tread help transfer power during acceleration. Pronounced shoulder blocks support the tyre when leaning into bends, while the tread layout promotes smooth, quiet rolling.
Construction and compound
The three-layer Super Ground construction with SnakeSkin protection combines sidewall durability with suppleness. ADDIX Speed complements the intended sporting use of this version.
Fitting and use
The folding bead and Tubeless Easy (TLE) rating allow tubeless fitting with a compatible rim, tape, valve and sealant. A suitable inner tube can also be used. Follow the fitting instructions from both the rim and tyre manufacturers.
Choosing the right size
ETRTO 57-622 identifies a width of 57 mm and a bead seat diameter of 622 mm. Compare it with your current tyre and check frame and fork clearance. Observe the rim limits too; where limits differ, follow the stricter value.
