Garmin HRM-FIT heart rate monitor

Product detailed description

The Garmin HRM-Fit is a heart rate monitor designed specifically for women. Rather than using a conventional chest strap, it clips easily onto a medium- or high-support sports bra. It stays comfortable while delivering highly accurate heart rate readings, even during intense training.

The sensor transmits real-time data via Bluetooth and ANT+ to compatible Garmin watches, Edge® cycling computers, trainers, fitness equipment and the Tacx Training™ app. It provides reliable readings for running, cycling, strength training, HIIT and other activities.

When paired with a compatible Garmin watch, it also provides advanced running dynamics, including stride length, vertical oscillation, vertical ratio and ground contact time balance. These insights help you analyse your running form and improve performance more effectively.

Another advantage is support for treadmill and indoor track running, with pace and distance data available even without a GPS signal. During strength or interval training, the sensor can store data in its own memory and sync it to your watch when the connection is restored.

When you are not wearing your watch, the HRM-Fit can independently track steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. Once connected to Garmin Connect™, all data syncs automatically between devices.

Its thoughtful design stays comfortably in place without getting in the way, making it suitable for recreational athletes as well as competitive runners and cyclists. A replaceable battery lasts up to 1 year, and the quick-release cover makes replacement easy without tools.
