Glacier
R2 Glacier feature a photochromic S1–S3 lens for skiing in changing light. Curved optics help you follow movement to the sides, while soft face foam and a non-slip strap help keep the goggles comfortably in place.
Technologies
Photochromatic · Rose Gold Chrome
The lens reacts to UV radiation: it darkens in sunlight and lightens as UV intensity falls. Across S1–S3, it adjusts the amount of light reaching your eyes, reducing the need to change lenses during the day. The Chrome mirrored coating reflects part of the incoming light.
Ultra Sharp Eye
The lens curves in two directions. This spherical design supports a wide peripheral view and reduces image distortion when looking to the sides.
Antifog
The inner Antifog coating reduces water-vapour condensation and therefore lens fogging.
Flex Foam and Antislip
Multilayer Polar foam with soft microfleece fits comfortably against your face and wicks moisture away. Silicone on the inside of the strap helps keep the goggles from slipping on your helmet.
Impact Protection, UV400 and Pro Optic
Impact-resistant polycarbonate helps protect your eyes from mechanical damage, while UV400 protects against UV radiation. For prescription correction, a Pro Optic insert is available separately and can be fitted with lenses by your optician.
