Sigma BC 8.0 WR Cycle Computer
Code: 8210

Product detailed description
The BC 8.0 WR is a wired cycle computer that delivers exactly what most cyclists actually want to see: current and average speed, trip distance, ride time and the time of day — all on a display that is easy to read at a glance whilst riding. The wired connection between the computer and sensor transmits data reliably without dropouts, and because the sensor needs no battery of its own, you only need to think about power once every two years when it is time to swap the CR2032 coin cell.
The BC 8.0 WR displays trip distance, total distance, current speed, average speed, trip time, total ride time and the clock. The eighth function is a running comparison between your current and average speed: an upward arrow means you are above your average, a downward arrow means you are below it, and when the two speeds match the arrow disappears. It is an unobtrusive yet practical prompt that saves you from flicking between screens. On multi-day trips the computer accumulates total distance and riding time continuously, so the full length of your cycling holiday is always on hand.
The 31 × 39 mm display shows large digits that are easy to read at arm's length even at full pace. Full-text display supports seven languages — English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Polish — and the language can be selected directly in the menu. A single oversized button handles all controls, making it quick to switch between functions even whilst wearing gloves. Tyre circumference can be set either by choosing from a list of predefined sizes (from children's bikes up to 29") or entered manually to the nearest millimetre.
The handlebar mount and speed sensor are secured with cable ties included in the box — no special tools required. The sensor has a slim, unobtrusive profile that sits neatly on the fork without getting in the way. IPX8 water resistance means the computer handles rain and wet roads without complaint.
In the box: cycle computer (including CR2032 battery), mount, magnet, fixing hardware, user manual.
