Choosing your pole length
As a starting estimate, multiply height in cm by 0.84 for classic skiing or 0.89 for skating. At 170 cm, this gives about 143 cm for classic and 151 cm for skating. Adapt the result to your technique, experience and available lengths. Choose the closest suitable length from the available variants.
